Technology & Art, Projection and Stage, Mechanics and Installation, Actor and Audience, in the era of collaboration between technological art and performing art, cross-disciplinary becomes critical. Indeed performing arts itself includes tons of technology from props, lighting, audio, visual to makeup, costume, installation. May be it contains lots of unstable, conflicts and difficulties in the process of mix-and-match without guarantee of success, it is a very critical foundation on the way to a perfection creatives.
Dimension Plus has been devoting themselves into the area of promoting the collaboration between art and technology, they found Taiwan Performing Arts and Technology Center with the support by Department of Cultural Affairs.
The mission of the centre is to provide and promote the matching of technological arts and performing arts, providing education and promotion programme such as seminars, workshops and etc, stimulate the creative of the two areas as well as building up the audience base of the related art discipline.

科技與藝術，投影與舞台，機械與裝置，演員與觀眾，在科技藝術與表演藝術跨界合作的年代，A”與”B的跨界合作方式，已經成為一種必要的常態，表演藝術原本就包含大量跨界領域的合作，舞台上的道具、燈光、影像、聲響，演員身上的彩妝、服裝、裝置，都內含許多專業的跨域合作。雖然跨界合作充滿了衝突、分歧、消融、吸收與再創的各種可能，跨界合作不保證成功，但這個合作過程卻彌足珍貴，提供一個朝向完美作品的重要基礎。
超維度互動 (Dimension Plus) 長期以來致力推動台灣新媒體科技藝術的推廣與媒合工作，2013年 以台灣科技與表演藝術媒合服務中心(Taiwan Performing Arts and Technology Center)計畫，依據「文化部輔導成立科技與表演藝術媒合服務中心補助作業要點」所規劃向文化部申請補助，為方便識別，我們將這個跨界合作觸媒的”與”簡稱為”AND”。
中心計畫主要方向為提供台灣科技藝術與表演藝術之媒合、教育與推廣等相關國際交流工作坊，加速科技與表演藝術團隊的跨界創作，擴大異業合作與觀賞大眾接觸科技與表演藝術。
